Similar to Confirmations, but sent closer to when visits will occur. This would be for cases where it's imperative that clients are aware their service is happening soon---whether that's because: Their initial confirmation was a long time ago They need to prepare their pet or be present themselves Or for any other important reason If you find that the existing confirmations are sufficient , then you likely wouldn't need these reminders .
