Undo Arrival button
I would love to add an “undo arrival” button as well! In spotty service occasionally it will arrive at the wrong visit and there is no way for sitters to undo this currently.

Client Inactive Status
For reporting purposes, when we make a client "Inactive" could be a pull down menu stating the reason why, then that way we can see the reason why we lost so many clients for that month, year, etc. , etc. EX: Moved Away, Pet Died, Rates too high, Went with another sitter, Pet Behavior,

Add when profile was last updated to sitter schedule on app
It would be helpful to have on the sitter schedule when the profile (person or pet) was last updated. This would prompt the sitter to look at the profile(s) for any updates since their last visit.

Needs Key Icon
Please make the needs key icon visible to walkers. It will save them time when determining which clients they need keys for each week.

Hyperlinks & Videos
I am trying to streamline how the sitters view the profiles to quickly access information instead of having to scroll through the whole profile. I know we can add details to the notes screen for the visits, but what if I want to make permanent notes for that client so it’s easily viewable to the team. I have started using the note tab in the client profile and making all the important information notes for the sitters, but they still have to go into the profile to see this. Also, what about the ability to have hyperlinks so if the sitter can click the hyperlink and it takes them to the field they need. It would also be nice if we could add a video to the profiles. For instance a video on how to administer medication to a clients pets so the team has access to this.

Add Date Last Sent to Invoice Status
Adding the date that the invoice was last sent next to the status (in table view) would be very helpful.

Dashboard New/Prospect Client profile linking
From the Dashboard, in the New Client section, when I click on the number to get a list of prospective clients, the Client profile isn't linked. So I have to write down the names & then use the search function. I'd like to be able to click their name & go right to the profile. Currently, only the pet name is clickable (if they've completed that), so that's not helpful.

Desired Time Frame
When creating a new visit, would it be possible to have the client's Desired Time Frame information automatically load under the pets' names? Most clients request their own visits. When I have to create them, I always have to go into the profile to see what times they prefer. I also log the length of the visits in the Desired Time Frame. If it automatically showed up, it would save time. Thanks!

Link Trips with Visits so when Trips are edited, they are prompted to edit attached visits
I regularly have clients who cancel a trip, but don’t cancel the visits, or extend a trip by a day and don’t request new visits, etc. I’ve heard other people say that they disable trips because this has become such a problem. I would love it if trips actually impacted the associated visits, or at least prompted the client to edit the visits eg. “Would you like to cancel the visits associated with this trip?” “Would you like to add additional visits to your trip?” Etc.
