Cleaner layout with less visual noise More consistent spacing and hierarchy More intentional use of color to guide attention Easier scanning across schedules, visits, and profiles Dark Mode has also been improved and is more consistently dark than before Updated branded emails consistent with the new design using clear CTA buttons in place of text links The goal is to make the system feel less busy and easier to navigate throughout the day , especially during high-volume workflows. Why This Matters Feedback has consistently pointed to the interface feeling busy or harder to scan , especially when moving quickly between tasks. This update focuses on: Reducing cognitive load when reviewing information Making important details easier to identify at a glance Improving confidence when taking actions (especially around scheduling and billing) This is not about changing workflows, it's about making the existing ones clearer and easier to use consistently . This update builds on section-based forms and introduces guided onboarding, clearer structure, and section-based saving . What's Changing Guided onboarding flow Clients are guided step-by-step through Profile → Pets → Forms → Billing → Request, with a clear sense of what to do next. More focused experience During onboarding, the interface is simplified and the menu is collapsed by default to reduce distractions and keep clients on track. Section-based saving (Profile & Pets) Clients can now save individual sections instead of completing the entire form at once. Clear progress and requirements It's more obvious what's required, what's complete, and what still needs attention. Improved pet management Adding and managing pets is more structured and easier to follow. I would love a Key Location for Lockboxes that still allows the “uses key” checkbox but doesn’t trigger the “sitter needs key” warning. Because the house does in fact use keys, but the sitter does not need a key because the key is in the lockbox.

PPC has so many original and new features, but I feel like I don’t fully understand how to completely optimize usage of many of them. The tutorials are nice but are often incomplete and leave me with more questions than were answered. I'd love it if once a month there was a live zoom call we could attend to ask questions, see demos and hear how others are utilizing features we hadn't thought of.

When running client reports there is a field "Date of Last Service" and if there are any services in the future it reflects the future date that has not bee completed and this make it unusable to do any type of calculation like Churn so can it be date of last service that is completed?

Original title: Centralize Journals and Messages on Client Profiles Would love the ability to have messages and journals all combined in central location in each clients profile and available for sitters to see the history of the communication and the journals. There would probably need to be an option for clients to be able to send a private message to only management.

Thank you for moving the referral up in the client profile. I would love if we had an option to add text below a referral choice. For example if you just use referral (see attached) you can add text to say who the referral was. However, if you add other referral choices like Friend or Pet Sitting Company you cannot any specific referral like what is the friends name or which pet sitting company referred you (see attached). When requiring clients to agree to a policy or updated policy next time they log in, have the policies sitting within the system vs publicly listed on your login page. Really do not like them sitting out in the open for anyone to read including competitors and job seekers

Add "CC journal emails to the client's Alternate Email Address(es)" as a client specific action instead of a master action.
