Introducing: Client Experience Checkup
This new tool reviews your current setup and highlights configuration choices that may be creating client friction, such as:
- Clients getting stuck during onboarding
- "I can't schedule" messages
- Confusion about service selection
- Extra time spent helping clients complete requests
It does not change any settings automatically. It simply surfaces potential friction and provides clear suggestions you can act on.

You will also see your Client Experience Score at the top of:
- Service Settings
- Form Builder
- Business Settings
Click the score to open the full Checkup.
