Practice Mode
Practice Mode provides a safe environment for Administrators and Managers to explore the office side of the portal using sample data — without affecting live operational data.
You can:
  • Generate sample Sitters, Clients, Pets, Visits, and Journals
  • Practice scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and other workflows
  • Regenerate sample data at any time
  • Safely train new office staff or explore workflows during a free trial
Practice Mode is clearly separated from Live Mode with visual indicators and built-in safeguards to prevent accidental changes to operational data.
Reports Updates (New Reports + Terminology)
Several updates have been made to Reports to improve clarity and organization.
Changes include:
  • Updated report titles using more common business terminology
  • Improved grouping of Visit-based reports
  • New

Reply to Messages and Journals by Email
Clients and staff can now reply directly from their email inbox.
  • Replying to a Message notification email adds the response directly into Messages
  • Replying to a Pet Care Journal email adds a comment to the Journal
  • Notifications continue to work normally for all participants
  • No login is required to respond

We’ve added a new
6 Week
calendar view.
This view displays 42 consecutive days in a rolling week-aligned layout, making it easier to:
  • View extended requests spanning multiple weeks or months
  • Plan staffing further into the future
  • Keep consistent weekday alignment while viewing more scheduling data at once
Staff Celebrations Dashboard Panel
A new dashboard panel now highlights upcoming staff birthdays and hire-date anniversaries. This helps keep important staff milestones visible without requiring any digging.
