I tag my clients with custom tags like dog location (ex. "kennel"), entry method (ex. "key"), and parking (ex. "street"), so my team can see the important points at a glance withouth having to read through the full notes for the basics. Right now, when a staff member taps a tag in the app, it pulls up the full list of tags and what each one means. I’d love to be able to add a short note to a tag when I apply it to a client, so that note shows up when they tap it.

Here’s what that would look like:

Kennel tag: “First room on the right”

Key tag: “Lockbox attached to side garage door”

Street parking tag: “across the street only, not in front of house”

This would put more info right on the visit without making the team dig through a big list or open the full profile. It also keeps the notes section from getting cluttered, leaving it for more detailed instructions only.

It would be a big help for clients with bad cell reception. Their profiles often won’t load once we’re at the house, but tags tend to open easier since they require less data to load. This way we still have access to the basics even if we don't have enough data for the full profile.
