Practice Mode is a great enhancement however the system Administrator has to turn Practice Mode off in the Staff profile to return them to the live system. For example, I have a new Manager who was working in Practice Mode one evening and was unable to get back to the live system. She had visits the following day and if she hadn't been able to reach me she would not have been able to see her schedule. There should be a way for a user to return to the Live system without the Administrator having to make a change in their profile.
