Auto Inactivate Clients

Not sure if this is a thing already, but can you add a feature that auto inactivates clients after 6 months/one year/any custom timeframe we choose?

Or move them to prospect so the client could still log in, if they wanted to use us again.

This is a great idea because then it would report accurate number for active clients!

This feature would be awesome! I have "inactived" past clients just for the computer to "active" them again. It's so frustrsting.

I have numerous clients who contact me several years in between requests. Would not want this to be auto feature.

Susan Gary i have had some clients thst haven't used us in a couple of years but was able to "reinstate" them into the system. It's easy. It's a backoffice task for you.

Kim Plache I know it is "easy". Just not a feature that is necessary for me. Clients that I have made "inactive" are often upset that they cannot log it
