imperative that clients are aware
their service is happening soon---whether that's because:
  • Their
    initial confirmation
    was a long time ago
  • They need to
    prepare their pet
    or be
    present
    themselves
  • Or for any other
    important reason
If you find that the
existing confirmations are sufficient
