Similar to Confirmations, but sent closer to when visits will occur. This would be for cases where it's
imperative that clients are aware
their service is happening soon---whether that's because:- Their initial confirmationwas a long time ago
- They need to prepare their petor bepresentthemselves
- Or for any other important reason
If you find that the
existing confirmations are sufficient
, then you likely wouldn't need these reminders

We definitely need the ability to send automated appointment reminders to clients. We should be able to set how long before the appointment reminders are sent. We should also be able to customize the message that goes out based on service category.
