Following support ticket #44653, please support automatic monthly creation and invoicing of service packages without creating or consuming a scheduled visit.

Merry Puppins wants to offer clients eight eligible dog walks per calendar month, with clients choosing their own weekday dates rather than committing to a fixed recurring schedule. On the 1st of each month, the system should create a new eight-visit package and its invoice regardless of the prior package balance. Unused visits from the prior month should expire at month-end, with no rollover for this offering.

Clients would request walks through their Schedule and eligible approved visits would draw against the applicable monthly package. The renewal itself must not book a walk or use a package credit. Package creation and invoicing should be separate from visit scheduling, with a clear renewal status and a way to stop future renewals.

Support confirmed that we can currently add and invoice each package manually, but automatic monthly package creation and invoicing is the missing piece. This would remove repetitive monthly administration while preserving flexible client scheduling.
