Block Time Off Requests

I don't know if this has been mentioned but it would be fantastic to be able to block time off requests on days or blocks of time that we can't have more people off. That would be so much easier than having to explain to sitters why their request was declined.

Yes agreed on this. We often have staff who take off a week or more, and then can work one day or AM one day and it is currently hard to resolve this.

Would love it if past availability (from dates that have passed) would auto-archive or something similar!

Option to use Available time blocks vs entering all the Unavailable hours

The ability to delete 1 date of Time Off that has been entered as an Ongoing. This vs having to Edit the Time Off to exclude each particular date

Lisa Myers Yes! Agreed with this one. It is hard when a sitter takes off a week or 2, and then says they can take a few visits one day....

Additional thoughts from a few of my pet sitters. If the number of visits can be limited to a time block and you want to add an additional visits, ppc would ask if you are sure. Also if the sitter met the max # of visits for that time block on a certain day it would open her availability for that time block. Currently sitters have to mark time off and say FULL but if a client cancels they need to go in and delete that full time off. They can miss getting visits added to their schedule if they are not constantly adding and deleting their availability.
Before a sitter gets overbooked for a timeblock with visits and drive time, if we could get a pop up notification letting us know that the sitter will be over booked for the timeblock. Pop up, are you sure?
