option has been removed, and now you’ll find PrecisePAL, our new AI chatbot, by clicking the ? icon in the bottom right corner
of your screen.PrecisePAL can answer your questions, guide you through features, submit a ticket for you, and help you find what you need—right when you need it. Give it a try, and let us know if you have any feedback!

(P.S. In the future, we’re exploring ways for you to use a version of PrecisePAL to assist your own clients. More on that soon!)

Is this mainly going to be system questions or would you be able to train this to help your team with basic questions? Working on a version of this on my own website/staff portal but would be awesome in app.

I tried to use it but it does not give me a window to enter my question. It closes the conversation without even letting me enter any questions.
