This might be an additional ticket, but goes along with reporting to have more interactive and enhanced dash boarding features that you can copy/paste onto a google document or report for a strategic planning meeting of sorts.

Can more reports include the ability to export the client ID number? Most reports export using the owner name and pet name, but if an owner gets married or a pet passes away, that export will no longer match previously exported data.

Jessyca Nagorski: How are you utilizing historical and recent reports together where this is coming up?
Jessyca Nagorski
Adam Smith Most common example is every week when I export new invoices and transactions to my income spreadsheet. I have a chart that keeps a running total of what each client has paid over the life of the client (and several other metrics), and when a client’s name changes, it sees that income as from a new client. Running a report to add new pets to a list also relies on the owner name instead of ID.

Adam Smith oh, also sometimes trying to combine information from different reports can be difficult because the names export in different formats. Sometimes they export as First Last, and sometimes they export as the client’s display name, which for me is Pet (First). Being able to export the static client ID would make combining information from different reports easier.

Could the efficiency report we were taking about be in this group?
