Checking Out of Visit Too Early

We would love it if the system would give the employee a warning if they try to clock out of a visit too soon. Our 30- minute visit is our most popular option but we also offer 45 and 60- minute options. Sometimes an employee is in such a habit of staying for 30 minutes that they forget or miss that their current visit is longer. The push notifications help us catch it and reach out to the employee so they can go back, but it would save everyone time and frustration if the system notified them in the moment that they were ending the visit too soon.

I personally won’t use it but I can see how it can be useful so I upvoted it.
Rover has a box that pops up if the visit is ended early. It says something along “This visit was scheduled for 60 minutes. Are you sure you want to leave early?”

Nicole Wilson yes, ours do too. Since it also is dependant on their own personal phone notification settings, they may not see it in time, so it isn't guaranteed to be enough.

Yes! Especially for the clients that typically have a shorter visit, and happen to have a longer one that day. So easy to fall into the habit of assuming the length on accident.

Was just thinking more about this. Possibly even putting after the timer a "___/30" or something for a 30 minute as an example or whatever the service length is so right by the timer you can see what you are supposed to be hitting for that visit. Since everyone is already looking there when ending a visit, it would be pretty hard to miss.

I like this idea. We've had a few occurrences of people doing 30 minutes not noticing it's a 45 minute visit.
