Create a way for clients to confirm upcoming appointments with the click of a button. In automated appointment reminders/confirmations, have 2 buttons available - 1 for confirm and one for cancel or reschedule. If they confirm the appointment, there needs to be either a message to the office that client confirmed or a tag that is automatically added to the appointment. This would decrease the amount of manual work needed to ensure clients are expecting the visit. If the client clicks cancel/reschedule - the same type of notification is generated - similar to what happens now when a client requests changes or cancellation to their existing appointment. Clients should also have the ability to confirm the appointment through the app in the same way they can request a change or cancellation.
