Client Inactive Status

For reporting purposes, when we make a client "Inactive" could be a pull down menu stating the reason why, then that way we can see the reason why we lost so many clients for that month, year, etc. , etc. EX: Moved Away, Pet Died, Rates too high, Went with another sitter, Pet Behavior,

We do this today using tags. This proposed approach would be much, much better.

Related to this - I would love if when we set the client to inactive, it automatically tured the pets inactive as well. Sometimes I firget, and then the pets show up on my vaccination & birthday email lists.
