guided onboarding, clearer structure, and section-based saving
.What's Changing
Guided onboarding flow
Clients are guided step-by-step through Profile → Pets → Forms → Billing → Request, with a clear sense of what to do next.
More focused experience
During onboarding, the interface is simplified and the menu is collapsed by default to reduce distractions and keep clients on track.
Section-based saving (Profile & Pets)
Clients can now save individual sections instead of completing the entire form at once.
Clear progress and requirements
It's more obvious what's required, what's complete, and what still needs attention.
Improved pet management
Adding and managing pets is more structured and easier to follow.
After Onboarding
The same structure carries into normal use:
- Clients update information using the same section-based layout
- No need to relearn the interface after onboarding
- Changes can be made without completing everything at once
Why This Matters
- More focused and less overwhelming for new clients
- Fewer clicks and less confusion about what to do next
- Easier to complete information over time
- More consistent experience across onboarding and everyday use

Autosave Client/Pet Profiles and/or "Save For Later" Button

When new clients are onboarding and adding profile info for both themselves and their pets, it would be amazing if the system autosaved their progress so they could come back to it. Or at the very least a "save for later" button at the bottom so if they have to step away while filling out their info, what they've already done won't be lost.

This would be amazing. I hear this from clients all the time and I even tell them to be careful to fill out everything that is required, have vaccination records handy, AND to use a computer.

Nicole Wilson 100%, it's by far the biggest complaint we here from clients regarding onboarding. I do all new client orientations for all our branches, and just over the last few weeks I've had 3 separate clients tell me they had issues with losing data they'd already added.

This is the one and only complaint I have ever received from a client is the inability to save information and losing everything if they are missing one item. PLEASE add this!
