Original title: Centralize Journals and Messages on Client Profiles
Would love the ability to have messages and journals all combined in central location in each clients profile and available for sitters to see the history of the communication and the journals. There would probably need to be an option for clients to be able to send a private message to only management.

Be able to reply/thank clients who leave messages in their review text boxes. Cureentky have to start a new message and reference something in the review box.

Had one of our managers throw this idea out yesterday and thought it was worth sharing. Could be really helpful to have a way to somehow add a star star/flag/tag or something to a message in the inbox so it stays pinned to the top. Like how outlook does it with flags, or Gmail does with stars.
Just so we can quickly reference messages with important details we may need to reference later.
Also, side note regarding messages, still hoping to see new client messages from Precise to be added as a Zapier Trigger!

Scheduled messages enhancement

Currently, in the Scheduled Messages list, it only shows the subject. I have to remember who (not gonna happen lol) or open each one to see who it's going to and when as a reminder. Can you please add the name of client, as well as the date/time scheduled along with the subject?
It would also help to have the client name on the email notifications that a Scheduled message has been sent.

In app Sitter Chat Directly with Clients

I'd love it if sitters could chat with clients directly in app, without needing to respond to an existing journal. It would remove a lot of intermediary work our management team does currently. Time to Pet offers this. Contact information is not shared and management can still see all communication and jump into the chat if needed.

I am looking for a way to text the clients and pet sitters directly through the app and desktop. Right now I have texting through the work phone and have a lot of clients and pet sitters that do not check their email and it would be easier if we had 1 platform for everything. It would be something like slack but through the app. The clients can text the office and the sitters can text the office and we can text the client and sitters as well. This would prevent us from having to use two different apps for the clients and sitters. If you want more information please let me know and I would be happy to explain.

Adam Smith Thanks, that's helpful. It would be nice to reply directly without having the "Message from X: xxxxx" and then a link. More like a normal SMS response. Unless I'm missing that, too.

Tim Stephens: We do plan on overhauling the communication at some point to simplify and unify everything and something like this may be part of that.

It would be a great option I agree, Pet Pocketbook has something similar as well and the journal that is written gets shared to the chat as an attachment. It would probably cut down on my clients trying to reply to the SMS texts that doesn't end up working correctly as I can never respond back to them.

I'd prefer to have this be optional feature to be turned on per company if wanted. We prefer to have all client correspondence to our office staff only, so we would not use this feature, but I can see how other companies would like this. Optional will be best for those that want it. :)
