It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to add custom fields to the reservation screen that appear based on conditional logic — specifically, depending on the service selected.
For example, when a client selects Boarding, I operate on a 24-hour time block. However, clients still need to note their preferred drop-off and pick-up times in the general notes section. Then I have to confirm their preferences manually, leave my own notes, and send a separate message to confirm everything — which becomes inefficient.
If I could set custom fields to automatically display when Boarding is selected, it would streamline communication for both the client and myself. Ideal custom fields might include:
**Requested drop-off time
**Confirmed drop-off time
**Requested pick-up time
**Confirmed pick-up time
Having this functionality would significantly improve workflow, reduce miscommunication, and keep all details in one place.
