Tagging on to the new credit card auto “decline” emails (where clients are notified when their card has been declined)— AND credit card is “required” before clients can request service.
In an instance where a credit card IS on file, but it’s been declined/flagged for “x” reason, and we are unable to process payment, that the system would prevent client from requesting service until the card has been updated and valid for processing.
We have many instances where a credit card IS on file but declined for insufficient funds.
We would like the system to auto prevent a client from requesting service in this instance also, and notified that they need to update their credit card before they can request service
