When looking at the schedule for any given day, Time Blocks are displayed only when there is at least one visit scheduled for that particular block. If the option to display canceled visits is NOT selected and if there are only canceled visits within a block, that block's banner should not be displayed -- in other words it should be the same behavior as when there are no visits scheduled for the block.

This may seem trivial but it seems like an easy opportunity to eliminate extra noise from the schedule without any downside.
