Each sitter profile must include both a hire date and a termination date
planned
Kara Tovar
Tracking hire and termination dates help the office:
• Maintain accurate employment and scheduling records
• Track sitter availability history
• Ensure only active sitters are assigned to jobs
• Support payroll, tax, and administrative documentation
• Maintain accountability and performance records
• Improve internal organization and reporting
• Protect the company in the event of disputes or insurance matters
The termination date should be entered immediately when a sitter is no longer active with the company.
