In my visits I can add the notes and pictures to the journal but when I asked AI it said that the client just gets the email notification with a link and can't view the notes or pictures. That should be updated so they get it via text (preferred) or email and when they click on the link they see my notes and photos. Asking a client to navigate to it via their journals is not productive especially to people who are on vacation and want to see the visit updates. Plus I now I have send them a separate message with pictures and updates

As Raphael has said, my clients get an email (as shown in picture). There is a link to lead them directly to the journal. Do you mean that you want the contents of the journal to be directly in the email?
Some of my clients use PPC by email like this but clients wanting more immediate notification are urged to download the app and turn on app notifications. Then they get a notification to click on to take them to the journal. I don’t know about the whole texting thing because I don’t use PPCs texting system as I find it expensive to send just 1 text. And can see that cost building up quickly

Hi! I don't AI was right - journals we send, the client receives a link and it opens up where they see photos, videos, a map of where we went, and the detailed recap of what went on in the visit. I've worked for two companies using PPC (my own, and another's), and this has never not been the case.

Raphael Panagidis does yours show the GPS? I had the GPS on 2 years ago but didn’t like that it wasn’t included in the journal and is its own separate thing on the schedule. I turned it off and am asking for modifications to be done on the GPS system

Angela Myers Yes, it does easily for the client! It's included, after the check list and before the written journal. For admin, from the master schedule, it's included as well, but I think under "my schedule" it's a separate button, the actual map button.
