When I look at more than one week, and I am often looking at a full month, I lose track of what day I am on the moment I scroll.
The only date marker is a small number in the corner of each column. There is no weekday name, no month, and no visual break between one week and the next. Once the header scrolls off the top there is nothing left to orient on, and every column looks identical. I end up scrolling back to the top to count columns, or clicking into a visit just to confirm the date.
What would fix it:
  1. A sticky date header that stays pinned as I scroll, so the day and date are always visible.
  2. Weekday and month on the column, not just a bare number. "Sat, Aug 16" instead of "16."
  3. A visible divider or alternating shade between weeks, so the eye can find the week boundary without counting.
  4. Today's column marked clearly.
None of this changes how the schedule works. It is the difference between reading a schedule and decoding one. For anyone assigning or reviewing a month at a time, this is the single biggest thing standing between the data being on screen and the data being usable.
