Make Form Builder Available for Staff facing forms

I would like to be able to create forms for my staff to complete. For example, when I onboard a new pet sitter, I would like to be able to send them a general availability form that could capture what services they are available for and other general information. All that is needed is an additional selection field in the applies to section that says staff.

Yes that would make life onboarding a lot easier & have the sitter do check boxes or signatures that they actually read the forms
