Needs Key Icon

Please make the needs key icon visible to walkers. It will save them time when determining which clients they need keys for each week.

If adding a Needs Key Icon in the tags is too similar to the newly added Recent Edit icon that is now showing up, other options in the staff view can be:
- moving the Request Key to above the Notes to Office
- making the Request Key box highlighted more in some way
- making the entire Request Key box red (or some contrasting color) and then changing the words and icon that says "Request Key" in white font instead of black

Yes! We have had several last-minute key situations due to the icon no longer being there. The key request is not obvious enough compared to the red key icon.

I just realized this too. One walker can see it by he's also an admin. The others can't see it which makes it hard for them to notice, then we get notified at the last minute!

Yes, I was under the impression the sitters saw the red key. I actually had been telling new employees in orientation to monitor the red keys, because we could see it, and we showed it to them at orientation.
Then I found out, they could not see it! It would be much quicker for them to see that red key at a glance.
We use it in the office frequently, but this would stream line things even more.

Felicia Norman I’ve had employees for years and I never knew they couldn’t see the key…

That would be great. I would also like to see some type of key icon showing pending pick up under the clients key section. For example, I pull the key for a sitter and add it to the key transfer but the sitter has not picked it up yet. If I look at the clients key section I would like to see some type of key pending pick up icon. Maybe even a pending key pick up icon on sitters schedule and master schedule for the office to see easily.
