I'd love it if they had the option to add a specific note to all the visits in that grouping in addition to being able to add it to just the next visit. Sometimes all of the sitters need to know about an issue, etc during a client's trip.

This would be a nice option. Especially if sitters are sharing care. I know they can read over the previous journal, but this would be nice as a quick reference.
