Open API + AI Agent Integration Support for Advanced Business Intelligence & Automation

As a multi-location pet care company using Precise at scale, I would love to see open API and webhook capabilities that would allow direct integration with modern AI agents and automation platforms.
The goal would would be true, real-time operational intelligence and automated analysis of our portals.
Some examples of what this could enable:
• Analyze sales trends, revenue reports, and service performance
• Monitor schedule efficiency and staffing utilization
• Detect operational bottlenecks automatically
• Analyze pet care journals for quality, completeness, professionalism, and consistency
• Flag journals that may appear rushed, low quality, or missing important information
• Detect client messages containing negative sentiment or keywords like “disappointed,” “upset,” “frustrated,” “angry,” etc.
• Automatically escalate concerning client interactions to management
• Analyze client retention trends and identify at-risk clients
• Detect patterns tied to employee performance or reliability
• Generate automated management summaries and KPI reports
• Enable AI-powered coaching insights for sitters/walkers/managers
• Vastly increase the abily to trigger workflows and automations in external systems (Zapier, GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Sheets/Docs, etc). The possibilities are endless.
To support this properly, the ideal solution would include:
• Expanded REST API access
• Real-time webhook/event support without Zapier
• Secure OAuth/API authentication
• Read and limited Write access to operational data
• Access to reports, schedules, journals, messages, invoices, non-sensitive client info, and staffing data
• Potential for future support for AI agent frameworks and MCP integrations
You guys have been absolutely killing it with major system updates over this last year! The Zapier integration alone has been amazing for us. But something like this could literally revolutionize the industry. Not to mention, blow every single one of Precise's competitors clean out of the water!

Adam Smith is this something that is going to be planned in the next few months?

As an OSHA function the ability to trigger SOS emergency functions using an integrated API would be helpful to meet the current 29 CFR 1910.151 requirements and current OSHA interpretation for First Aid and Medical Assistance. There are existing 3rd parties that provide that level of safety app support.
Precise serves many companies and already holds the operational data the safety system needs. It could negotiate one enterprise relationship with a provider such as OK Alone, StaySafe, or Silent Beacon, build the integration once, and distribute the cost across its customer base.

YESSSSSSS - this is SUPREMELY needed. It would elevate the capabilities of every business owner using PPC and likely make it very appealing for others to switch over.
It's helpful for those using to use tools like Make or expand Zapier's capabilities, and it would also be helpful for folks like me who would like Rest APIs and custom made integrations with custom internal apps.
The more that can be automated - the better since most pet care providers are boots on the ground and are usually working overtime to complete task that can easily be automated with API, MCP, Webhook capabilities. :D

Adam Smith any additional thought on doing this?

Web Hook and API integrations preferably via make.com

I'm trying to build several automations, but to do so, I need the ability to create actions via webhooks and API integrations. It would also be beneficial to use make.com for this purpose. Specifically, I require both read and write capabilities (i.e., GET and POST requests). Without these features, I'm unable to move forward with a project that involves creating tools through my webpage and an AI assistant.

I'd be super excited for any one or combination of access to PPC via API, MCP Server, ODBC/JDBC, or direct access to the DB.

Yes, we would love that too!!

Check out the zapier integration. There's been a lot of functionality added to it over the last year. Lot's of workflow trigger options available, action steps are a little limited but I'm sure more on in the works.
