Payroll & Tip Improvement Suggestions

Requesting improvements to the run payroll report:
Would love it if all recalculation suggestions were flagged instead of having to go into every staff member to see if there were any recalculations needed.
Not removing previously paid out tips. I am not sure why it happens, but any tips paid to an EE should not be reversed without some type of explanation. It seems dishonest. Please see attachment for reference.
Also, I really think that tips should not be added to an employees timecard/payroll until a visit is paid for and completed. We pay out tips and then never get paid by the client.

- Tips shouldn't be paid out until a service is complete/paid for.
- Do not alter tips once they've been paid out. i.e. don't let clients adjust tips for previously paid out visits

Please have auto tips only paid out once the bill is paid. I currently have an auto tip that was entered incorrectly because the client didn't understand how it worked. $120 was paid to a sitter, and next time she is paid $100 of it will be taken back. She is extremely part-time and probably won't have a paycheck due to pay back for a few weeks.

Tips are confusing to me...but having them removed is not good for sure. Wasn't even aware this was happening actually..yikes!

It also creates a problem when EE is paid tips according to the reservation, then leaves suddenly, and the client adjusts after the fact- like when a sitter makes a mistake and may be fired. Getting those funds back is impossible.
I have always done mine manually and now use an AI agent to do it for me- love it!
