PSDW Accept/Decline Job Tracking

Perhaps this functionality could be incorporated into a previous feature request titled "Require a Sitter to Include Reason For Declining a Visit".
It would be helpful to be able to track the percentage of times a psdw accepts/declines jobs as compared against their availability schedule.
These metrics could be used to develop performance indicators for psdw's, facilitate efficient job assignment across psdw's as well as provide valuable data points for owners regarding retention of psdw's that are essentially taking up space on the roster.

I recently shut this setting off because I transitioned from contractors to employees. Do you have this setting on because you have ICs? I now receive the requests via email if the sitters add their availability or would like time off.

Julie Gonzalez I don't believe this is current functionality in the system. What I am looking for is a feature that allows me to track, via reporting, how many times a psdw declines a job during a timeframe that they are supposed to be available.

Guy D'Esposito I am not sure we are understanding each other. If you go to Admin-Business Settings-Pet Sitters & Journals-Assignments-Pet Sitter Assignment mode. This is where I turned off the setting for the sitters to not be able to decline visits. Or are you looking for a report that could tell you the percentage of times the sitter declines visits?

Julie Gonzalez Exactly, looking for a report that can tell me the percentage of time sitters decline visits during a time frame that they indicated they were available for scheduling.

Guy D'Esposito gotcha. I looked to see if there was a report and I didn't see one either. I have been told that the reports that PPC offers is extensive. It's either me or I don't understand the settings in the reports, but I always struggle with running certain reports.
