I wanted to highlight a few issues we’re having with the quoting system:
• When a quote is rejected, it still goes into the invoice numbers, which causes problems with accounting.
• At present, we have to manually delete all the requested dates, otherwise they still show in our service calendar.
• It would be really helpful if there was a clear “Rejected” button or status that removes the dates from the calendar but still keeps the original quote details on file. That way, we don’t lose the information if the client comes back later, and it avoids messing up accounts.
Is there any way this can be rectified? It would make things much smoother and less frustrating to manage.
