Could we have the ability to hide/remove inactive sitters from the Recent Sitters section in the client's profile. That list can get quite long with all the inactive sitters included in that list (which is information I don’t typically need to access from that area anyways.). The option to adjust how far back that data goes would be helpful too. I believe it shows the last two years, but if we could toggle between different amounts of history (1 month, 6 months, 1 year, etc) that would also be an improvement. Thanks for considering!

It would be really helpful to have Inactive Sitters in Client Account be moved to a drop down option under all the Active sitters so we can view those that had serviced the home in the past but out of view until selected. I have clients asking about past sitters but when its time to select them its hard to view when all together. Here is an example where my active sitters are mixed with inactive. I only want to see inactive if needed which is not often and it will save time to quickly see who is still active on the home. Thanks!

Agreed! At times we have many inactive sitters showing that we will not use in the future. It's best to only have active sitters shown and perhaps could be a section for inactive on the account so if a client asks for someone and its not showing as active, we can then reference inactive section so we can acknowledge that it was a past sitter on that home. This will help greatly if we can get this!
