Remember the client I was viewing when I navigate away and come back

When I open a client from Clients, I am usually in the middle of something on that record. If I leave for any reason, to check the schedule, open an invoice, answer a message, and then come back to Clients, the client is gone and I am looking at an empty search box again. I have to retype the name and reopen the record every single time.
What I want is simple. Bring me back to the client I was last on.
Either one of these would solve it:
- The client list remembers the last client I had open and reopens it, or at least keeps it highlighted at the top.
- A Recently Viewed Clients strip at the top of the Clients page, last five or so, one click to reopen.
Why it matters: for anyone doing office work all day this is dozens of extra searches. Each one is a small amount of time, but it breaks concentration every time, and it is the single most repeated wasted action in the software. Nothing about the client changed, so there is no reason the system should forget which one I was on.

I agree. It is so difficult, after using another system for 18 years, to not stay in the client profile. Precise bounces around when you are trying to enter service and may need to lookup something you need to include in the client or sitter notification. Don't even get me started on client invoices! What a mess! I am trying to look it one client and am consistently taken back to entire list of invoices. Stay with the client info, please
