It would really be nice if there was a way to remove invoice totals entirely, including current invoice totals and conglomerate totals, on email invoices. It could simply be a “click to view your invoice”.
This would greatly help in reducing the pain of paying, for clients. It would also avoid potential client confusion by ensuring care totals are only reflected in the client’s PPC account. This would help avoid confusion from previous care totals (listed through email invoice) vs new care totals from any amended visits/care.
