A deleted visit is gone. There is no trash, no undo, no recovery. One misclick, or one client cancelling a whole trip, and the day is gone. The only path back is a support ticket and rebuilding it by hand from memory.
This is not rare and it is not a beginner problem. One operator deleted a full day of live visits while unwell, could see the activity log but had no idea what to click, and her operations manager was on vacation. Another had a client mistakenly request cancellation of twenty-one visits with no way to clear it. A third accidentally cancelled a week for one client. A fourth inactivated her own account while adjusting the staff count and could not even open a ticket.
The ask:
  1. A trash bin holding deleted and cancelled visits for a set window. Thirty days would be plenty.
  2. Restore a single visit or a batch, back to its original date, time, sitter and price.
  3. A confirmation step on any bulk delete or mass cancellation request that shows the count before it commits.
  4. Let an admin clear a client-submitted mass cancellation request without it going through.
Related: Prevent Deleting Visits That Are on Invoices (11 votes, Planned) solves the other half. That one stops the mistake. This one recovers from it. Neither replaces the other.
Every other system we run has a trash. Scheduling is the one place where a mistake costs a client relationship, and it is the one place with no way back.
