I would like to request the ability to connect specific forms to specific services and collect electronic signatures.
If a required form is connected to a service, the client should not be able to request or book that service until the form has been completed and electronically signed. The system could automatically prompt the client to complete any outstanding requirements before continuing.
Ideally, administrators could:
  1. Assign one or more required forms to each service.
  2. Require an electronic signature on selected forms.
  3. Prevent clients from submitting a service request until all required forms and signatures are completed.
  4. View each client’s form and signature status.
  5. Require clients to complete or sign a form again if it expires or is updated.
  6. Maintain a record of the signature, including the signer’s name, date, and time.
This would help ensure that all required information, agreements, waivers, and service-specific instructions are completed before a service is requested.
