If you have territories set up as I do for zip codes over 10 miles to apply a travel surcharge I found out you need to update the individual client profile to set the territory vs the system looking at the territories set. Then see that X zip code is in the list and apply the surcharge automatically. Having to check each zip as your client lists grow is something easy to miss.
