I would love the ability to not have an availability conflict come up on the dashboard if a sitter has approved a short visit but still needs their time off range to stand. This occurs when they have a little window of time to assist but just that visit. To make sure we know the sitter has confirmed this visit, our office will do a Mgr note on the visit "Sitter Approved" but we have to go to it to confirm as we check all conflicts daily. We do not want to break the time off down to before and after in case they request a push or something changes.

If there was a way we can choose that the sitter has approved this and no longer come up as an issue, see pic as Kate can do all those visits but only that visit and still needs time off, it would save time as we only want to focus on conflicts that need to be addressed as Selina is a real conflict to resolve.
