Keep team milestones front-and-center. The new
Staff Celebrations
panel on your dashboard shows every active staff member who has a birthday or hire-date anniversary coming up—so you never miss a chance to celebrate. How it works
- Instant visibility:The panel appears automatically on the administrator / manager dashboard—no setup required.
- Four time frames:See counts forToday, Tomorrow, This Week, This Monthin separate columns.
- Clickable totals:Select any number to open a filtered list of the staff included.
- Data source:Pulls from each Staff Account'sBirthdayandHire Datefields; deactivating an account removes it from the counts.
- Role-based access:Visible to anyone who can view Staff Accounts.

Work Anniversary Announcement on Dashboard
Jamie Loving
Hi there! I am interested in having our Pet Sitter Hire Dates/Work Anniversaries show up on our Dashboard.
We would love to congratulate and/or recognize our Pet Sitter Work Anniversaries and not overlook anyone’s time with us. We have about 50 staff and it would be helpful for PPC to pop up a reminder- like a staff birthday.
Would anyone else be interested in this feature?
Many Thanks 😊

I would add it to the dashboard. Adding staff birthdays would be nice as well. Perhaps an automated email could be generated as well like pet birthdays and rabies expirations?
Adam Smith
Crystal Witt: This will also include birthdays. Staff birthdays are already included in the "Birthdays" email that gets sent on the 25th of every month.

Adam Smith I'd like to request the ability for team members to enter or edit their own birthday in their profile.
Adam Smith
Heather Jaeger: That's a great idea. In beta next week.

Would you prefer this to be shown as an in-portal notification—the yellow box that appears across all pages—or as a dedicated panel on the dashboard?
The yellow notification box would make it highly visible on every page, but it does take up space that may be better suited for urgent or actionable items. A dashboard panel, on the other hand, would be more out of the way, but it could also be expanded to include more detailed information—like hire date anniversaries happening today, this week, or even this month.
