When route planning (especially in AssignIQ), I would like the ability to have the option for a visit to start or end within the time block.

Right now, you can either start within the time block or have it fully within the time block. I use 1-hour windows. So, for example, if a 20-minute visit is scheduled 1 pm-2 pm, I would like the ability to schedule it as early as 12:40 pm or as late as 2 pm.

If it's not possible to do this, is there a way to override it when using AssignIQ?
