Store a version history of accepted Terms and Agreements
Joette White
Precise stores only the current version of our Terms and Agreements. It does not store which version a client actually accepted, or when they accepted it. When a client's registration record says they agreed, there is no way to show what they agreed to.
For businesses running signed service agreements with cancellation terms, holiday policies and liability language, that is a real legal exposure. The only workaround today is typing a date stamp into the document itself, which proves nothing about any individual client.
The ask:
- Keep every published version of an Agreement rather than overwriting it.
- Stamp each client's acceptance with the version number and the date and time.
- Make that acceptance record visible on the client profile and exportable.
This does not need to be complicated. A stored version ID plus a timestamp on the acceptance row would cover it.

We do save the actual agreed version with the client's profile, which you can see under
Policy Agreement
. Agreed date/time will have an assocated email, which you can find in the Emails tab of the client's profile.Kristin Skelton
Adam Smith Are the previous versions kept as well? I try to essentially send a message noting the changes and effective dates and then I believe they have to "re-agree" prior to booking after I make the edit, is that correct?

Kristin Skelton: the previous versions are kept only in the profiles that agreed to them. Yes, they need to re-agree the next time they login if you make changes (and check that they need to re-agree).
