Initial request: Allow tags to use conditional logic, ie only show this tag on the first visit, last visit, Monday visits, visits of a certain type, visits in a certain time block, visits that include a certain pet, etc.

We heavily utilize the tags for client and pet profiles, and as our system grows, we add new tags all the time. It takes a lot of time searching through the tags for the ones we need. It would save us so much time if we could rearrange the order of them so that the ones we use most show up at the top of the list and the ones we use less frequently are at the bottom.

It would be great to have the option of uploading our own "Custom" Client account tag so we can apply it to various programs. For instance I have a weekly client package now and I want to have a special tag just for them but they do not only have dogs at their homes and we do other services for them too so I do not want to use a "Dog" symbol. Then I have VIP clients that I do "Star" which are not regular but great clients and I want it pointed out. As I was looking for options I thought...How great if we can put our own Emojis or pictures in by uploading our selves? Another options is to also have more variety to other emojis that are offered too. Hoping others would find interest in this too!

Can I add to this conditional logic tags that automatically add surcharges? ie: RX icon automatically adds medication surcharge

It would be amazing if we could re-order, remove, and add our own personalized client tag options (e.g. upload our own icons)

I think there some be additional tag options as well. The majority of tags I see we will not use.

I am finding the tags that are available are not much help. There are select few in my opinion that I can use for the team. Could there not be custom made tags for specific things needed?
