We heavily utilize tags, but they don't always need assigned to clients all at once, so over time they may not be in the order of most to least important. It would be great to be able to easily reorder them, so the most important ones show up at the top of the list for that particular client.

For example, we have a checklist item to water plants. It would be great to link a tag (🪴 or whathaveyou) directly to that so it's immediately visible to pet sitters.

For client fields, for example, we have clients with codes or lock boxes. If the field is populated, the tag with the input could be shown. This example is extra pertinent because our clients love to do LAST MINUTE updates that are easy to miss. Or a key number, who gets meds, etc. All things that would be incredibly useful to have at our fingertips without having to make multiple edits.

We need various client tags for some upcoming partnerships and projects we are doing and the current tags are very limiting. Can we have tag options to upload our own, as well as have Houses, Airbnbs, Event Location, Apartments, Hotels, Groomers, Vets, Restaurants, Business etc. Thank you!

We heavily utilize the tags for client and pet profiles, and as our system grows, we add new tags all the time. It takes a lot of time searching through the tags for the ones we need. It would save us so much time if we could rearrange the order of them so that the ones we use most show up at the top of the list and the ones we use less frequently are at the bottom.

It would be great to have the option of uploading our own "Custom" Client account tag so we can apply it to various programs. For instance I have a weekly client package now and I want to have a special tag just for them but they do not only have dogs at their homes and we do other services for them too so I do not want to use a "Dog" symbol. Then I have VIP clients that I do "Star" which are not regular but great clients and I want it pointed out. As I was looking for options I thought...How great if we can put our own Emojis or pictures in by uploading our selves? Another options is to also have more variety to other emojis that are offered too. Hoping others would find interest in this too!
