Often our walkers have more than 10 services per day, generally up to 15, sometimes 20. Being able to only see the first 10 services limits our ability to move visits around to help even our walkers' workload for the day.

Tags can now use custom images and be arranged in the order that works best for your business. Manage tags under Admin > Business Settings > Clients , in the Tags section. Upload Custom Tag Icons When creating or editing a tag, you can select one of the existing icons or upload your own PNG or JPEG image. Uploaded images display anywhere the tag appears, including: Client, pet, staff, and visit profiles Schedules and My Schedule Reports and search results The Precise Petcare mobile app For the best results, upload a square image with the subject centered. Images that are very wide or tall must be fitted into a square tag icon and may appear unusually small or awkward. Custom tags are supported by mobile app versions released in March 2026 or later . Most users should already have a compatible version, but custom icons may not display properly for anyone still using an older version of the app. Those users should update through the App Store or Google Play. Choose the Order of Your Tags Tags can be dragged into your preferred order in the Tags section. Tag selectors throughout the system follow that order, so frequently used or important tags can be placed at the top instead of being difficult to find in a longer list. Remove Tags Tags that are no longer needed can now be removed from the tag library. Removing or reordering a tag does not cause the remaining tags to become associated with the wrong clients, pets, staff, or visits. Existing tag labels, visibility settings, Active or Inactive status, and individually customized tag labels continue to work as before.

What's new When a client has multiple groups of visits, Auto Invoicing handles each group separately. For example, if a client books two vacations and the second vacation is not yet within the Include Visits Scheduled window, the first vacation can be invoiced while the second waits. Previously, the second vacation could prevent all of that client's visits from being invoiced. Visits scheduled every day are also invoiced without waiting for the entire schedule to end. Eligible visits are grouped by the applicable invoicing period, resolving the issue where daily visits could continue waiting and never be invoiced. This applies to groups based on Same Trip , Consecutive Day , and Every Other Day visits. The Auto Invoicing preview shows which grouped visits are waiting. What's clearer Several existing settings have clearer names and descriptions. Their existing choices and functionality otherwise remain the same: Create Invoices For is now Invoice by Status . Visit Window is now Include Visits Scheduled . Keep Grouped Visits on Same Invoice is now Grouped Visits . Invoice Creation Frequency is now Create Invoices . Invoice Date is now Date Shown on Invoice . Send Invoices to Client is now After Creating Invoices .

When enabled, Forgot Password sends an email link instead of immediately changing the user's password and emailing temporary login credentials. The user opens the link and chooses their own new password. The existing password remains unchanged until the reset is completed. Password reset links: Expire after 30 minutes. Can only be used once. Are replaced when another reset link is requested. Password fields on the login and reset pages also include an option to show or hide the entered password. This is currently only available on the web login page, but will also be included in a future mobile app update. This provides a more familiar password reset process, avoids requiring users to copy a temporary password from an email, and prevents an accidental reset request from immediately changing their existing password.

You can now format your Cancellation Policy , Visit Request Policy , and Client Agreements using the text editor. These are configured under: Admin > Business Settings > Clients Operations > Agreements What Changed Instead of plain text only, these policy and agreement fields now support formatting such as: Bold text Headings Bullet points Italics Colored text This makes it easier to highlight important details clients need to clearly understand, such as cancellation fees, same-day service charges, request deadlines, agreement terms, or other important policies. For example, you can make a same-day cancellation charge stand out using bold text, a heading, or color. Any formatting added to these fields will appear wherever clients view the Cancellation Policy , Visit Request Policy , or Client Agreements .

When canceling a visit and confirming, you can now add a custom message to the cancellation confirmation email sent to the client. This applies when using the Cancel action and choosing to confirm the cancellation at the same time. What Changed Previously, adding a personal note required two steps: Cancel the visit. Use the Confirm action separately. With this update, you can now do everything in one step: Cancel the visit Confirm the cancellation Add a custom message for the client The client will receive the cancellation confirmation email with your custom message included. This makes it easier to explain cancellation details, respond clearly to a client request, or include a personal note without needing to cancel and confirm separately.

I would like to be able to send GPS map tracking of visits without the actual arrival and completion time. I want clients to be able to see GPS tracking without watching over if some visits go a few minutes over vs ending right on time.

We have many clients we worked with over the years and animals that have come and gone sadly too. Whenever they book with us its hard to see the current list of animals on the home as they are mixed in with the active animals. Similar to the request I made for inactive sitters being at the bottom of the list. Can there be a way when either the client or our office mark an animal inactive or deceased it will drop down to the bottom of the profile so we still have the record but not have so much to look at? Doing it manually is time consuming and knowing how many animals we need to care for helps make sure we have enough time to do all that is needed. Here is an example of a client that has alot of animals and some inactive but mixed in. This is tame compared to others where its more to look at. It is easier to have all inactive grouped at the bottom and keep the active only on top. Thank you!

It would be so helpful to have the system place the checkered pattern on both sides of single, standalone, service requests, instead of just auto-marking when there are 2 or more visits in a row. We have had to manually add custom flags to let our sitters know that this is a standalone service. Since we often split sits among sitters, it's hard for them to tell if it's a single day sit, or part of a longer trip that they are just covering for someone else. When they know it's a standalone service, they can plan their tasks and journals appropriately. Auto-marking First/Last Visits It can be very helpful to know when a series of visits is starting and when it is ending. Instead of needing to create a custom Tag and mark the first/last visits manually the system will mark them for you. • When a client has 2 or more consecutive days with visits the system will add a checkered pattern on the left (first visit) or right (last visit) side of visits • Canceled and Unavailable visits are ignored when determining first/last visits • The marking can be seen on the Master Schedule and by sitters on their My Schedule page (it isn't visible to clients) • This is only visible in Calendar view

QR codes are now available in Precise Petcare. Use the "?" button to access the Resource Center, then click on QR Codes to open the Integration page with your QR codes. There you'll find QR codes for: Existing Client/Staff Login : Directs users to your portal login page. New Client Registration :  Directs new clients to your registration page. These QR codes can be printed or added to welcome packets, business cards, flyers, onboarding documents, or other client-facing materials to make it easier for clients and staff to access the correct portal pages.
