6 Week Calendar View
in progress
Adam Smith
We've added a new
6 Week view
to the calendar.This view displays
42 consecutive days
in a week-aligned grid (7 columns × 6 rows), giving you extended visibility beyond both Week and Month views. Why We Added It
The 6 Week view makes it easier to:
- See extended requests that span multiple weeks or cross months
- Plan staffing further into the future without switching to Table view
Rather than introducing a fully custom "Date Range" view, we added a fixed 6 week layout. This provides the maximum practical number of days we'd want visible at once while keeping the interface predictable and readable.
How It Works
- Always aligned to your configured week start (Sunday or Monday)
- Shows 6 consecutive full weeks (42 days)
- Next/Previous navigation moves exactly 6 weeks at a time
- Uses the same layout and visual density as Week view
This is essentially
Week view × 6
, with consistent weekday columns and no dynamic resizing.Log In

Add "Date Range" feature to calendar view for client's schedule
Mark Shaver
On a client's "Schedule" tab, there are many options for viewing the client's calendar: 1 Day; 3 Day; 5 Day; 1 Week; 2 Week; Month, etc.
However, If a client requests an appointment that is (1) longer than two weeks, and (2) crosses from one month into the next, there is no view option that allows us to see the appointment in its entirety. For example, if the appointment starts May 20 and ends June 10, there's no view option where we can see the entire appointment on one screen. This is both inconvenient and annoying.
My "Feature Request" is that you add one more option for the calendar view that allows us to enter a date range. That way we could see all of the appointment on one screen. Not necessary from a client's point of view -- only for Masters and Managers.
Thanks!

Table view in Master Schedule

I would love to see a tab that allows the table view to start on a specific date, instead of page # It would be helpful to have the table start on the date I choose, so that a day isn't split up across pages. Most of the other views have a GO TO DAY choice.

Agree completely. I run into this often.

Ditto!

This would be very helpful from the clients schedule as well, especially when visits are in two separate months.

I would also like to have a view choice (the eyeball) where I can see the detail of a service without having to open edit. Sometimes I like to confirm that I have done something and I don't want to risk changing it.

Suzanne Joyce that is an excellent idea! Or a hover-over similar to the tags
