The Customizable Dashboard allows each user to choose which information appears on their dashboard and how it is arranged. Management, Pet Sitters, and clients receive different panels based on their role, permissions, and the features the business uses.

Management panels
New panels
- Booking Outlook:Separates ongoing care, other scheduled work, and requests over the next 7, 14, or 28 days.
- Scheduling & Staffing Insights:Shows upcoming assignment workload and how it is distributed across staff. It measures scheduled assignments, rather than hours or available capacity.
- Visits to Review:Identifies past visits that may need attention because they were not marked completed, have missing start or finish times, have incomplete journals, or received a rating below four stars. The available information depends on the business's journal and rating settings.
- Completed Visit Charges & Pay:Compares completed-service charges with recorded staff visit pay by service date. This panel requires access to scheduling, reports, payroll, and financial information.
- New Client Conversion:Measures whether newly registered clients schedule and complete their first care within 30 days. It includes referral-source results and a comparison with an equally mature group from the prior year.
- Recorded Payroll Comparison:Compares recorded staff pay over calendar years, rolling periods, or custom dates. This panel requires Payroll access and reflects payroll recorded in Precise Petcare, rather than confirmed bank payouts.
Panels connected to other features
These are new dashboard panels for information that already exists elsewhere in Precise Petcare:
- Client Pipeline & Health:Highlights new-booking opportunities, recent returns, and Watchlist relationships. RequiresClient Insights + Lifecycle Automations.
- First-Care Profile Progress:Shows Profile completion for clients approaching their first care. Requires theClient Onboarding & Information Experience; Pet, Form, and Billing completion remain separate steps within that experience.
- Automation Performance:Brings Automation Analytics information onto the dashboard, including reach, engagement, bookings, payments, lifecycle outcomes, and unsubscribes. RequiresClient Insights + Lifecycle Automationsand existing automations.
- To Do:Summarizes task workload, status, priority, and completion trends using existing PPC To Do information.
Improved panels
- Operations Overview:Replaces the previousCurrent Visitssummary with today's progress, recent completed-visit comparisons, and assignment coverage over the next seven days.
- Upcoming Visit Charges & Pay:ReplacesProjected Earningswith a clearer view of charges and staff pay for upcoming booked visits.
- Monthly Completed Visits:Adds selectable periods, prior-period or year-over-year comparisons, and the ability to distinguish ongoing from other scheduled services.
- Monthly Received Payments:Adds selectable periods and prior-period or year-over-year comparisons.
- New Clients:Adds selectable periods, comparisons, and separate totals for profiles that are currently prospects, active, or inactive.

- My Payroll - New:Shows the Pet Sitter's latest recorded payroll and the dates it covers, with access to their full payroll history. This panel requires Payroll access and recorded payroll.
- My To Do - New panel:Summarizes the Pet Sitter's existing PPC To Do tasks when they have access to that feature.
Client panels
- My Care - Improved:Replaces the separateUpcoming ServicesandPast Servicessummaries with the client's ongoing routine or next care period, what follows it, and the assigned care team when available.
- Invoices - Improved:Prioritizes the amount currently due or confirms that everything is paid, shows recent invoice statuses, and links directly to individual invoices.

Each user sees only the panels and information allowed by their account. Personal layouts follow the user across portals, while access continues to be determined separately within each portal.

We seem to have lost the Earnings tab that had earnings paid to sitters and profit today, this week, this month etc. Am I missing it somewhere?

Streamlining the Process for "Not Invoiced"
Karen McGovern
Not Invoiced on Dashboard:
The dashboard section for Invoices would be enhanced if we included a link to clients that have not been invoiced. The time to search for clients to invoice would be streamlined.
An active link could quickly identify the work of digging into a report, looking for a tag and the back and forth to identify who has an invoice created.
My suggestion is to have 4 categories under Invoice:
1 - Not invoiced = NEW
2 - Unsent - Already there
3 - Open - Already there
4 - Overdue - Already there
On the backend - you can always run your report to ensure the system and you have everything invoiced and hopefully paid.

three years of graphs data (not just 2 years) showing “ monthly completed visits” and “monthly income” on the main dashboard

Hey, I think it would be cool to have three years of graphs data (not just 2 years) showing “ monthly completed visits” and “monthly income” on the main dashboard

Ability to Reorder the dashboard sections
S
Suzanne Joyce
I would like to be able to move the sections of the dashboard around so that the sections that are most important to me can be front and center. ie we don't use journals or mapping and they are the first things. I know I can close them but they take up valuable real estate when I would prefer to be able to reorder the sections and move the things I need to see first. I didn't see this suggested anywhere else, so I added this request. Thanks

Dashboard New/Prospect Client profile linking
Melanie Haynes
From the Dashboard, in the New Client section, when I click on the number to get a list of prospective clients, the Client profile isn't linked. So I have to write down the names & then use the search function. I'd like to be able to click their name & go right to the profile.
Currently, only the pet name is clickable (if they've completed that), so that's not helpful.

Yes this eould be very helpful, good idea.

Adding, on it would make sense to make the dates customizable. Compare more than three years maybe, or year versus a specific year that was 10 years or ago or something.
