The new Staff Celebrations panel on your dashboard shows every active staff member who has a birthday or hire-date anniversary coming up—so you never miss a chance to celebrate. How it works Instant visibility: The panel appears automatically on the administrator / manager dashboard—no setup required. Four time frames: See counts for Today, Tomorrow, This Week, This Month in separate columns. Clickable totals: Select any number to open a filtered list of the staff included. Data source: Pulls from each Staff Account's Birthday and Hire Date fields; deactivating an account removes it from the counts. Role-based access: Visible to anyone who can view Staff Accounts.

We've added On-Page Filtering to make it faster to locate specific fields when editing long or complex forms. Just start typing in the filter box---rows that match your search will stay visible, and others will fade out. The filter checks both the names of fields (like labels and section headers) and the existing information inside form fields , so you can find what you're looking for with just a few keystrokes. How It Works Filter Input -- Located in the top-right corner when editing information (not when adding new information or when there are a small number of fields visible) Live Filtering -- Matches both visible text and current form field values as you type. Visual Indicator -- A blue alert appears when filtering is active, showing your search term and an "×" to clear it. Reset -- Click the "×" to remove the filter and show all fields again. Hidden Fields -- Filtering only affects rows that are currently visible. Pre-hidden fields remain hidden.

This is a personal setting for your own account. Others are not affected when you change it. To switch to Dark Mode select it from the User menu above the navigation (not available in the app) or on your Administrative > My Account page. Let me know if anything looks funny or is hard to read. Full app support (the top bar) will be added in the future.

Some items in the yellow in-system notifications box are now dismissible by using the "X" button to the right of the notification. A dismissed notification is only dismissed for your account so other managers would still see the notification until they dismissed it themselves. Sitters can dismiss non-essential notifications as well. Currently there are no notifications that clients can dismiss. Looking for feedback both on notifications which have not been made dismissible that you think should be and vice versa.
