Automations, Responses, and Personalize are now available to everyone, along with two My Schedule improvements that make important client and access information easier for staff to notice.
These tools help businesses communicate consistently without requiring someone to remember and send every message manually.
Automations can send messages based on events in your business, including upcoming visits and trips, completed services, payments, client milestones, and pet birthdays. Businesses are using them for appointment reminders, pre-service instructions, first-visit follow-ups, review requests, birthday messages, and reminders to schedule another service.
You control when each message is sent and which services it applies to, so clients receive information that fits the service they actually booked. Personalize uses information already stored in Precise Petcare, such as the client or pet's name, while Responses let your office save and reuse answers that should not be automated.
Recent client profile changes can now appear directly on My Schedule. Staff can see an indicator while reviewing the visit and open the change details before providing care. This makes the existing Profile Change Tracking feature more useful in the place where staff are preparing for their work.
My Schedule now displays a key icon when a visit requires a physical key. This gives staff a quick reminder before leaving for the visit, helping prevent a sitter from arriving at a client's home while the required key is still at the office.
Other Recent Improvements
Several additional improvements have also become available since our last full feature release:
- Visits included on an invoice can no longer be deleted without first being removed from the invoice, protecting invoice accuracy.
- Managers using Practice Mode can return to the Live system themselves.
- Inactive pets are automatically organized below active pets on client profiles.
- Businesses can share GPS maps with clients but now the arrival and completion times will not appear as part of the map when it is hidden from journals.
- Businesses that do not want staff to use ComposeIQ can turn it off in Business Settings.
