Precise Petcare Features

I would love a Key Location for Lockboxes that still allows the “uses key” checkbox but doesn’t trigger the “sitter needs key” warning. Because the house does in fact use keys, but the sitter does not need a key because the key is in the lockbox.

When running client reports there is a field "Date of Last Service" and if there are any services in the future it reflects the future date that has not bee completed and this make it unusable to do any type of calculation like Churn so can it be date of last service that is completed?

It would be so helpful to have the system place the checkered pattern on both sides of single, standalone, service requests, instead of just auto-marking when there are 2 or more visits in a row. We have had to manually add custom flags to let our sitters know that this is a standalone service. Since we often split sits among sitters, it's hard for them to tell if it's a single day sit, or part of a longer trip that they are just covering for someone else. When they know it's a standalone service, they can plan their tasks and journals appropriately. Auto-marking First/Last Visits It can be very helpful to know when a series of visits is starting and when it is ending. Instead of needing to create a custom Tag and mark the first/last visits manually the system will mark them for you. • When a client has 2 or more consecutive days with visits the system will add a checkered pattern on the left (first visit) or right (last visit) side of visits • Canceled and Unavailable visits are ignored when determining first/last visits • The marking can be seen on the Master Schedule and by sitters on their My Schedule page (it isn't visible to clients) • This is only visible in Calendar view

Thank you for moving the referral up in the client profile. I would love if we had an option to add text below a referral choice. For example if you just use referral (see attached) you can add text to say who the referral was. However, if you add other referral choices like Friend or Pet Sitting Company you cannot any specific referral like what is the friends name or which pet sitting company referred you (see attached). Thank you for your consideration.

I would like to be able to create forms for my staff to complete. For example, when I onboard a new pet sitter, I would like to be able to send them a general availability form that could capture what services they are available for and other general information. All that is needed is an additional selection field in the applies to section that says staff.

Service Variants (Duration Options) Currently, each service duration (e.g., 30, 45, 60 minutes) must be created as a separate service. There is no option to create a single core service with selectable duration variants that automatically adjust pricing and time. This increases visible service count and contributes to decision fatigue, even though these are simply time variations of the same service. Feature Request: - Ability to create one core service (e.g., “Dog Walking”) with selectable duration options - Duration selection adjusts time block and price automatically ---

Not sure if this is a thing already, but can you add a feature that auto inactivates clients after 6 months/one year/any custom timeframe we choose?

This was done briefly in a previous update but was glitchy so was removed. I think it's very useful. I'd like to be able to see each day whose bookings are finished.

This feature would enhance manager accounts by enabling precise, action-level controls over page functionalities. Instead of only toggling access to entire pages, administrators could define permissions at a granular level. Concept Overview: Action-Level Control: Allow specific permissions for viewing, adding, updating, and deleting content on any given page. Data Protection: Enable settings to disable deletion, thereby preventing accidental or unauthorized removal of critical data. Customizable Access: Support tailored combinations of permissions per manager and page, such as view-only or restricted editing capabilities. This approach focuses on refining access control and improving data security while offering operational flexibility.

I know this is a newer feature, and really appreciate it already, but it would be great if we had more Scheduling Preference Options for AssignIQ available to us besides just the Do Not Schedule, NO overnights, etc. I'd love to be able to tell it to not suggest certain sitters for certain clients whom I know are outside of a sitter's typical service area, or that I know I will never assign that client to them for a variety of reasons. Having more control over how to "train" the AssignIQ feature on who to suggest would make it more individualized (and therefore more useful) to each company. Maybe instead of having boxes that can be checked, we could feed it our own particular parameters to use such as only suggesting sitters within a certain number of miles from the client, or only suggesting sitters who have already done visits for this client in the past, etc.
