Let us attach a permanent note to a CLIENT that automatically displays in the calendar preview area for every appointment, the same spot where "To Pet Care Pro" notes appear now. Set it once on the client, and it shows on all their appointments forever, for any assigned staff member. Why this matters: The calendar preview is the one thing our staff reliably sees before every visit. Critical care and safety info buried deep into a client profile gets missed, especially by newer team members or anyone covering an unfamiliar route. Right now the only workaround is manually re-entering the same note on every single appointment, which is tedious and exactly how things slip through the cracks. Real examples of notes that need to be front and center every time: "Use caution entering. Dog bolts through open doors." "Do NOT bring male dogs inside the house." "Do not pair with [specific dog]. History of reactivity." "No treats. Severe allergies." "Gate code changed. Use side entrance only, front porch camera alerts the neighbor's dog." "Must have a midday snack or [dog] gets sick." Even with the best team training and the best intentions, crucial safety notes buried deep in a profile WILL eventually get missed. It's a matter of when, not if. Asking staff to click into a profile and scroll through everything before every single visit means relying on a perfect human process hundreds of times a week, and no team is perfect hundreds of times a week. A busy day, a last minute coverage swap, a new hire, and that's the visit where the crucial note goes unseen. The fix isn't more reminders to check profiles. The fix is putting the critical info where eyes already are: right on the calendar. None of these are per-appointment details. They're true for that client on every visit, and missing them isn't a minor mistake. It's a bite risk, a lost dog, or an allergic reaction. Tags help flag that special notes exist, but they still require staff to click through and hunt for them. A pinned client note removes that failure point entirely. On the quotes you have an accept quote but it would good to also have a reject quote next to it

Our team uses the Media page under Resources to find client photos and videos for social media. However, it can be difficult to determine which company or client group the media belongs to when reviewing this page. Please add Client Profile Tag as a searchable or filterable option under Resources > Media. This would help businesses with multiple locations or social media accounts quickly find and organize media for the correct group, saving time and reducing confusion. Currently only someone with Administrator rights can adjust mileage in the Timesheets. We frequently have sitters who forget to Clock Out and the system continues to track their mileage. I do not want to give all of my Managers Administrator access as they are all responsible for different pieces of the system. I would be so helpful if Managers were able to edit that field in the Timesheets.

Is there any way to put the # of visits in the upper corner of a time block so I and my sitters know how many visits we have for that time block? It would be nice to look at the time block and know that I have 5 for the morning, 10 for the midday and 5 for the dinner.

It would be incredibly helpful to organize canned responses into custom categories or labels. For example: Client Communication Operations Staff Onboarding Billing Marketing As the number of canned responses grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to locate the right one while scrolling through a single list. :: my eyes are getting old :) :: Allowing businesses to create their own custom categories would make responses much easier to organize and find, improving efficiency for teams with a large library of templates. It would be helpful if there was a pop-up or notification when they have a booking on their birthday or birthday week. It’s easy to forget, looking at the specific birthday calendar, so if it was integrated into the Service calendar, that would be very helpful.

It's great to be able to go to the client's profile by clicking on their name while on the My Schedule page, but often times when doing a visit, I need to be in the pet's profile more than the client's profile. Having the ability to go directly to the pet profiles with one click instead of having to go to the client's profile first would be great!

In Profiles -> Client -> Schedule, office notes are permanently displayed above the calendar. Should also pin recent sitters & driving distances so I don't have to flip back to the client profile to see who has been there.

What's new When a client has multiple groups of visits, Auto Invoicing handles each group separately. For example, if a client books two vacations and the second vacation is not yet within the Include Visits Scheduled window, the first vacation can be invoiced while the second waits. Previously, the second vacation could prevent all of that client's visits from being invoiced. Visits scheduled every day are also invoiced without waiting for the entire schedule to end. Eligible visits are grouped by the applicable invoicing period, resolving the issue where daily visits could continue waiting and never be invoiced. This applies to groups based on Same Trip , Consecutive Day , and Every Other Day visits. The Auto Invoicing preview shows which grouped visits are waiting. What's clearer Several existing settings have clearer names and descriptions. Their existing choices and functionality otherwise remain the same: Create Invoices For is now Invoice by Status . Visit Window is now Include Visits Scheduled . Keep Grouped Visits on Same Invoice is now Grouped Visits . Invoice Creation Frequency is now Create Invoices . Invoice Date is now Date Shown on Invoice . Send Invoices to Client is now After Creating Invoices .
