Can we have a drop down menu with a few reasons as to why they are cancelling (ex: trip cancelled, family sick, death in family, weather emergency) This would be very helpful when running monthly or yearly reports.

Requesting improvements to the run payroll report: Would love it if all recalculation suggestions were flagged instead of having to go into every staff member to see if there were any recalculations needed. Not removing previously paid out tips. I am not sure why it happens, but any tips paid to an EE should not be reversed without some type of explanation. It seems dishonest. Please see attachment for reference. Also, I really think that tips should not be added to an employees timecard/payroll until a visit is paid for and completed. We pay out tips and then never get paid by the client.

Is there be a way to make different service types have different journal options? For example, while house sitting (no pets) we do not need the check list to include bathroom and feeding options.

Maybe I don’t fully understand how the route map works, but from what I am seeing nothing shows up on the route map unless a sitter is assigned to the care. Why is this? Why can we not see the entire day for instance with unassigned care in order to provide more efficient route mapping?

I would like to be able to drag and drop visits to different days. right now, if a client moves their trip to a different week or month, I have to edit each visit to change the date or delete them all and re-create on the new dates. That's a lot when it's 3 weeks of 3 visits per day. I'd be so much easier to just highlight and drag the visits all over to the new dates at once.

Can the "Prev" "go To' and "Next" buttons also be located at the bottom of the schedule so I do not have to scroll all the way to the top just to get to them?

Add a "Refresh" button. It seems like every time I make a change on the Master Schedule it doesn't automatically update on the My Schedule page, i have to hit the "Next" button and then "Previous" button to go back to that day and then it shows the update
