ANYONE VISITS to show on PSDW's individual schedule
When look at an individual PSDW schedule it would be so helpful to see the "anyone" visits also so you can quickly see if its a good fit. Currently, we have to go back and forth and its very time consuming.

Additional Tip Fields
I know a client can input if they want to add a percentage or dollar amount to each visit when creating their profiles. Could there be some additional fields the client needs to answer that are required? For instance, would you like to add an automatic tip to your invoices to show appreciation for excellent pet care? It’s an excellent way to recognize a job well done while saving time! If yes, please add the percentage or dollar amount above.

Change or of Status Drop Down Menu
I often click on a visit and use the status drop down tab to complete a visit. (We use the software for our doggie daycare and complete 50-60 dogs at the end of a day.) Currently it reads from top to bottom, "Requested, Unavailable, Accepted, In Progress, Canceled, Completed." Is it possible to move the canceled choice to the top. I have often clicked on all of the dogs for the day, scrolled down to completed, but if I am moving too fast, I have accidentally clicked "canceled."

Ability to pull a different client when in different areas of the client's profile.
Example: You input a client, you work in their schedule tab, you finish what you are doing and want to pull another client. You often can't do it from the schedule tab, or the pet tab. You have to go back to the overview tab and then input the next client, and then move to their schedule tab, or whatever you want to work on for that client. It would be more efficient, and save time if you were able to toggle between clients from any tab in the client's profile.

Validate Credit Cards
When credit cards are entered, validate that the card is actually a valid credit card number. For example, even basic websites such as this one have this capability: https://dnschecker.org/credit-card-validator.php ?

Specific journal fields for different services
Is there be a way to make different service types have different journal options? For example, while house sitting (no pets) we do not need the check list to include bathroom and feeding options.

Drag & Drop Visits
I would like to be able to drag and drop visits to different days. right now, if a client moves their trip to a different week or month, I have to edit each visit to change the date or delete them all and re-create on the new dates. That's a lot when it's 3 weeks of 3 visits per day. I'd be so much easier to just highlight and drag the visits all over to the new dates at once.

Needs Key Icon
Please make the needs key icon visible to walkers. It will save them time when determining which clients they need keys for each week.

Client Inactive Status
For reporting purposes, when we make a client "Inactive" could be a pull down menu stating the reason why, then that way we can see the reason why we lost so many clients for that month, year, etc. , etc. EX: Moved Away, Pet Died, Rates too high, Went with another sitter, Pet Behavior,

Quotes
I wanted to highlight a few issues we’re having with the quoting system: • When a quote is rejected, it still goes into the invoice numbers, which causes problems with accounting. • At present, we have to manually delete all the requested dates, otherwise they still show in our service calendar. • It would be really helpful if there was a clear “Rejected” button or status that removes the dates from the calendar but still keeps the original quote details on file. That way, we don’t lose the information if the client comes back later, and it avoids messing up accounts. Is there any way this can be rectified? It would make things much smoother and less frustrating to manage. Thanks very much for your support.
