For reporting purposes, when we make a client "Inactive" could be a pull down menu stating the reason why, then that way we can see the reason why we lost so many clients for that month, year, etc. , etc. EX: Moved Away, Pet Died, Rates too high, Went with another sitter, Pet Behavior,

Please make the needs key icon visible to walkers. It will save them time when determining which clients they need keys for each week.

Maybe I don’t fully understand how the route map works, but from what I am seeing nothing shows up on the route map unless a sitter is assigned to the care. Why is this? Why can we not see the entire day for instance with unassigned care in order to provide more efficient route mapping?

Had one of our managers throw this idea out yesterday and thought it was worth sharing. Could be really helpful to have a way to somehow add a star star/flag/tag or something to a message in the inbox so it stays pinned to the top. Like how outlook does it with flags, or Gmail does with stars. Just so we can quickly reference messages with important details we may need to reference later. Also, side note regarding messages, still hoping to see new client messages from Precise to be added as a Zapier Trigger!

It would be very nice to have an AI feature when we send our journals to the clients.

Supplement checkbox separate of medications. It would be nice to have a checkbox for supplements. We have many multi pet households and when an animal gets a supplement it would be nice to be able to check who received a prescribed medication vs a supplement. We have had many clients as about this, causing us to have to take time to write it out. Adding it to the checklist doesn't help as we need it where we can select what pet(s) were given supplements.

It would be awesome to have a “none” option instead of “N/A” for the fence type field so it is able to be required.
